1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VoiceMemez ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

VoiceMemez is an audio reaction platform that allows users to:

Upload and share short audio clips (voice memes)
Extract audio from social media videos
Send audio reactions via messaging platforms
Browse, like, and save audio content
Create posts with audio reactions
AI Rephrase: Rewrite selected text using AI to adjust tone and length

3. AI Rephrase Feature

The keyboard includes a rephrase feature powered by AI to help users rewrite selected text. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

User responsibility: Users are responsible for the content they choose to rephrase. Do not submit sensitive or confidential information.
No liability for outputs: We do not guarantee the correctness, tone, or appropriateness of AI-generated rephrased text.
Third-party disclaimer: This feature uses OpenAI’s API. By using this feature, you agree to OpenAI’s terms and privacy policy.
Limitations / safe use: The feature is optimized for text up to 280 characters. Requests exceeding this limit may be truncated or rejected.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to VoiceMemez. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
Is sexually explicit or pornographic
Promotes violence or illegal activities
Contains personal information of others without consent

5. Copyright and Fair Use

VoiceMemez respects intellectual property rights. Audio clips shared on the platform should be original content or used under fair use principles for commentary, parody, or reaction purposes. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown requests.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
Use automated tools to scrape or download content
Impersonate others or create fake accounts
Spam or send unsolicited messages

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceMemez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
